PILOTING will be present at European Robotics Forum 2021

The European research H2020 project PILOTING will be shown once again at the European Robotics Forum. This event will be held from April 13th to 15th online due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so unfortunately nobody will see the prototypes of the platforms developed by the researchers of the consortium members. Despite this fact, PILOTING will be presented in the workshop entitled “Autonomy in Aerial Robotics for Inspection and Maintenance”. This workshop is organized by Aníbal Ollero (USE), Jacob Rodríguez (Endesa-ENEL), Stephane Menoret (Thales Group) and Juha Röning (University of Oulu). The project coordinator Antidio Viguria (FADA-CATEC) will be also present in this online event.

In this workshop the participants will show the results of another H2020 research projects related to aerial robotics technologies. These projects are Aerial-Core and HYFLIERS.

Last year the European Robotics Forum were held in Málaga (Spain) on the threshold of the COVID-19 pandemic, which changed the whole world a few weeks later. FADA-CATEC placed a small booth in this event to show the assistants the project’s prototypes and their features. Since then, PILOTING have been following its path online, trough the social media networks and the online events.
